2013 - 2014 MDP Trips and Applications
Information
Guatemala - October 17 - 25, 2013
Mexico - January 2014; and Guatemala - April 2014.
What does it cost to participate in an MDP service trip? The fee for the trips we are currently planning is $1400 each for Guatemala and $1600 for Mexico. This is subject to change as airfares have tended to increase recently. We do not have our airline tickets locked in yet, so this is subject to change. This fee includes airfare, transportation, lodging and some meals. We are a non-profit organization so our goal is not to make money, but to meet the needs of the people we serve. If participants are unable to pay, there may be scholarships available for nurses and interpreters. A big contribution of course is the donation of time and talent given by our group participants.
To apply, send in an application, a release and waiver and $150 deposit.
